SHAPING
WHAT’S NEXT.
Architecting the material DNA for the next era of flight, space, and sovereign defense. We make the impossible buildable.
UNLOCKING
INDUSTRIAL
FREEDOM.
Next-generation flight requires more than just lightweight materials; it requires a new industrial DNA. We provide the chemistries and processes that allow design intent to dictate manufacturing.

Production Velocity
Bypassing supply chain bottlenecks with phase-changing mandrel systems that halve tool turnaround and accelerate production cycles.
Unitized Architectures
Seamless, unitized architectures that eliminate the parasitic weight and maintenance debt of legacy mechanical assemblies.
Extreme Thresholds
Proprietary elastomers (Silq™) engineered for the extreme pressures and temperatures of the next generation of thermoplastic forming.
Signal-Pure Structures
Structural IPN resins (TrueBeam™) that deliver hyper-toughness without the electromagnetic interference of legacy composites.
THE MATERIAL PLATFORM
We don't just solve a single manufacturing problem, we create the material DNA that removes legacy constraints.
Phase Transition Resins
Our thermally reconfigurable epoxy tooling system. It remains rigid for cure and becomes collapsible on-command. It solves complex trapped geometry challenges, unlocking architectures that legacy rigid tooling simply cannot handle—all while being 100% recyclable.
Signal Pure Matrices
Our Signal pure IPN matrix. Molecularly interlaced networks that provide structural hyper toughness without signal interference. Bolt-on radomes are a drag and maintenance penalty, incumbent resins degrade, causing radar blindness and signal loss.
High Temp Silicons
The high rate thermoplastics enabler. A reusable, extreme-temperature rubber (330°C+). Engineered for precision intensification, it replaces single-use consumables to reduce waste and cost in the most demanding cure cycles.
